By booking services with Token & Friends Pet Services LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Veterinary Care Authorization

The Client authorizes Token & Friends Pet Services LLC to obtain emergency veterinary treatment for their pet(s) if the Client cannot be reached. The Client is responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred. While every effort will be made to contact the Client before treatment is sought, the health and safety of the pet will take priority.

2. Pet Health & Vaccinations

The Client certifies that all pets receiving services are current on legally required vaccinations and are free from any contagious illnesses. Any known medical conditions, behavioral concerns, allergies, or special care requirements must be disclosed before services begin.

3. Aggressive or Dangerous Behavior

The Client agrees to disclose any history of aggression, biting, or dangerous behavior. Token & Friends Pet Services LLC reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a pet poses a threat to the safety of staff, other animals, or the public, after an attempt has been made to provide services without causing harm to themselves or the pet. 

4. Home Access

The Client agrees to provide safe and reliable access to their home during the service period. If lockouts, malfunctioning locks, security systems, or other access issues occur, additional fees may apply for extra travel time or alternative arrangements.

5. Property & Home Care

While reasonable care will be taken to secure the Client’s home, Token & Friends Pet Services LLC shall not be held liable for acts of nature, utility failures, criminal activity, or other events beyond its control. If the property is at any time deemed unsafe due to a weather, acts of god, or any other kind of force of nature, accommodation will be made to ensure your pet remains safe. 

6. Pet Safety

Token & Friends Pet Services LLC reserves the right to use alternative safety equipment if the provided equipment is deemed unsafe or improperly fitted.

7. Inclement Weather

Services may be adjusted during severe weather conditions, including, hail, tornado warnings, ice storms, or other hazardous conditions if travel cannot be performed. 

8. Payment Policy

Payment is due according to the agreed-upon service contract.Any total amount greater than $1,000 will require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension until payment is received. 

9. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the first scheduled service may receive a full refund or credit towards future service

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the first scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee totaling up to half of the service total

• Holiday bookings may require additional notice and may be non-refundable. 

• Early returns from trips do not automatically qualify for refunds on reserved dates, but will be credited for future travel. 

10. Abandoned Pets

If the Client fails to return home, cannot be reached, and does not provide emergency contact information or alternative care arrangements, Token & Friends Pet Services LLC reserves the right to contact local authorities, animal welfare organizations, or emergency contacts to ensure the welfare of the pet(s).

11. Photography & Social Media

The Client grants Token & Friends Pet Services LLC permission to photograph or record their pet(s) during services for business marketing and social media purposes unless the Client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

Token & Friends Pet Services LLC will exercise reasonable care while providing services. However, the Company shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, death, escape, theft, property damage, or unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Emergency Contacts

The Client agrees to provide:

• A primary emergency contact

• A secondary emergency contact

• Veterinary clinic information

• Emergency veterinary clinic information (if applicable)

14. Service Refusal

Token & Friends Pet Services LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if conditions are unsafe, information provided by the Client is inaccurate, or the welfare of the pet(s) or staff may be compromised.

15. Agreement

By scheduling services, signing a service agreement, or making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions..
