Payment Policy
Payment is due according to the agreed-upon service contract.Any total amount greater than $1,000 will require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service suspension until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the first scheduled service may receive a full refund or credit towards future service

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the first scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee totaling up to half of the service total

Holiday bookings may require additional notice and may be non-refundable.

Early returns from trips do not automatically qualify for refunds on reserved dates, but will be credited for future travel.
Severe Weather Policy
Services may be adjusted during severe weather conditions, including, hail, tornado warnings, ice storms, or other hazardous conditions if travel cannot be performed.
Abandoned Pet Policy
If the Client fails to return home, cannot be reached, and does not provide emergency contact information or alternative care arrangements, Token & Friends Pet Services LLC reserves the right to contact local authorities, animal welfare organizations, or emergency contacts to ensure the welfare of the pet(s).
Social Media & Photography Policy
The Client grants Token & Friends Pet Services LLC permission to photograph or record their pet(s) during services for business marketing and social media purposes unless the Client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
